Thank you for shopping with Mirahb. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-demand periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Pre-Order Shipping
Items marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and will ship once production is completed.
Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order items will be listed on the product page. These timelines are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order may ship once the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like items shipped separately, you may need to place separate orders.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the pre-order item has been shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Mirahb is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mirahb is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
