At Mirahb, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns under the conditions below.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, perfume, makeup, deodorant, or damage

Mirahb reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Pre-order items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale

Pre-Orders

All pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is placed.

Pre-order delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to production or shipping delays.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Mirahb is not responsible for lost return shipments, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

  • If the return does not meet our policy conditions, the item may be sent back to the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
